During sale periods, special offers, product launches, etc., the above timeframes may be extended. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order on time, but we cannot anticipate or resolve unforeseen issues that may affect shipping, such as extreme weather or accidents.

If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused delivery from DHL or Bring, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred in such a return, plus a handling fee of 200 NOK.

All products purchased through this service can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our terms. We offer a 14-day return policy for items purchased through this service. If you wish to return any items, please send an email to info@amarantestudio.com.

The right to return or exchange an item applies only if the item is returned or exchanged in the same condition as when you received it. All product instructions, documents, and packaging must also be included. Items that are damaged, not in the same condition as when you received them, or used beyond opening the original packaging, will not be refunded. We recommend taking good care of the items while they are in your possession.

The customer is responsible for shipping and delivery costs for returns (unless otherwise agreed), provided that the return is not due to an error from Amarante. We are not responsible for lost shipments when returning goods. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for returns.

Upon return, we will issue a refund no later than 14 days after we have received the returned items. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, and no fees will be incurred for the refund.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order in any other way than through a return or exchange, as we immediately begin processing the order once it is placed.
